How much is the online booking deposit?

The online booking deposit is £50. The remaining balance is arranged directly with Ray's Recovery.

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

Your booking is only confirmed once the Stripe deposit has been successfully paid and logged.

Can I upload a photo of the vehicle?

Yes. The booking form has an optional photo upload field to help Ray understand the job before arrival.

Do you operate 24/7?

Yes, availability can be managed in the staff diary and urgent call-outs can be handled by phone.
